UK Taxpayers
If you would like to make a regular or a one-off donation to the PCMT, there are two tax efficient ways you can do this.

Give As You Earn
If you work for a company that participates in the "Give As You Earn" (GAYE) scheme, this is the best route to take. Your donation is taken from your gross salary (which means that you don't pay tax on it).

If your company operates a GAYE scheme, and you would like to donate in this manner, click here to download the GAYE form (saved as a PDF file). Please read the instructions on the form carefully. The form has all the information you need to proceed. The GAYE scheme is administered by the Charity Aid Foundation, who also administer the PCMT.

Gift Aid
If you are not able to donate money through GAYE, it is still possible to donate to the PCMT in a tax efficient manner. Click here to download a Gift Aid form (saved as a PDF file). Please read all the instructions on the form carefully. This enables the PCMT to reclaim tax at the basic rate on your donation. If you are a higher rate tax payer, you will be able to reclaim the difference between the higher rate (40%) and the basic rate (25%) when you fill in you annual tax form.

If you are a higher rate taxpayer, and make a donation of £6 a month from your after-tax salary , the PCMT is able to reclaim basic tax and will end up receiving £8.50. You will be able to claim £1.50 back in your tax form, reducing the cost of the donation to you.

To view and print the Gift Aid and Give as you Earn forms, you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader, available free from Adobe if it is not already installed on your computer. Click here and follow the onscreen instructions to download a version of Reader suitable for your operating system.

Donations from people not paying UK tax
Non UK taxpayers can of course donate to the PCMT as well, although obviously the Trust will not be able to claim tax back on these donations. If you are not a UK taxpayer and would like to make a donation, please send it to:
